Cancellation Policy

To ensure the smooth coordination of on-site training and travel arrangements, IntelliDent requires a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any course cancellation or rescheduling request. Participant Cancellations or Rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled program start time. Requests made within 72 hours may be subject to fees associated with instructor travel, lodging, or rebooking. Failure to provide notice or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of program fees.
